Harme Technologies Plc was founded in 1998 by Samson Hailu, a registered Electrical Engineer with a vision to deliver world-class engineering solutions to Ethiopia’s growing infrastructure needs. What began as a specialized electrical engineering consultancy has evolved into a comprehensive technology solutions provider serving government, industrial, and institutional clients across the nation.
Registered with the Ministry of Trade as an Electrical Engineering Company, Harme has consistently delivered complex, mission-critical projects ranging from industrial weighing infrastructure and laboratory equipment to cutting-edge biomedical installations and automation systems.

Today, with a lean team of five permanent professionals spanning engineering, human resources, and marketing, Harme operates with the agility of a boutique firm and the capability of a major contractor.
